What you’re seeing

Nothing: npx vendo doctor cannot print this code anymore. You are reading it from an older run’s output, or a saved report.

Why

This code fired when the remote URL in server.json did not match the live MCP door doctor had just probed. Doctor no longer probes a door, so it has no live URL to compare the file against.

The fix

The mismatch is still real, and you check it yourself now. Open server.json, read the remotes[].url entries, and compare them to the door’s current public URL. server.json is generated once from whatever URL you gave the CLI, so a domain change or a mount change leaves it naming an address that no longer exists. Regenerate it with the current URL:
  • E-MCP-004 — server.json registry validation, still checked on disk
  • E-MCP-006 — server.json that is not valid JSON, still checked on disk
